Well, a few days ago we have seen US chip maker Intel planning a major change to their processor lineup and will launch Intel Core i9 processor which will be based on the Skylake-X architecture. A new spec sheet has been leaked recently which shows that there will be multiple core i9 models, topping out with a disturbingly convincing 18-core version. Recently, Videocardz got their hand on the spec sheet of the upcoming Core i9 lineup. The report also shows all the models and the release date. It looks like Intel’s Core i9 is going to be a monster! Well, Intel is going to launch a new stream of powerful processors, dubbed as Core X series. The Core X series will come in Core i5, Core i7 and Core i9 versions, going from 8 to 18 cores. Intel Core i9 – 7980XE will be fastest consumer processor on the market when it will be launched because it’s an 18-core monster and has a TPU of 165 Watts, which is a lot compared to existing Intel’s CPUs. Well, further down the card, Intel Core X series also have few more versions of Core i9 series with 10, 12, 14 and 16 cores which will be much cheaper and will attract gamers all over the world.
