One such device is the iconic Nokia 3310, which the brand has now finally launched in the 4G version, to satisfy many of those still waiting for this classic phone. When it came out in February last year, the new Nokia 3310 aroused much interest in its potential buyers. More than a simple piece of revivalism, this classic phone had specifications that made it interesting, much because of its simplicity. What most discouraged the users was the lack of a 4G version, which could take advantage of the currently available networks that guaranteed higher speeds. The Finnish company Nokia has corrected this problem and has now released the 4G version of its 3310 model. The new Nokia 3310 4G continues the line that the previous model had started. In a body nostalgic of the initial form, it concentrates modern elements and fluid lines. All specifications are retained. The novelty is even in the connection to 4G networks, which gives faster Internet access speed, and other elements such as the possibility of being used as a Wi-Fi hotspot and VoLTE calls, which guarantee voice calls even in locations with the weaker network.
For now, the Nokia 3310 is only available in China. It is listed on the Nokia website but should be submitted at MWC this year, within 1 month. Its arrival in the remaining markets is still unknown but should follow the plans of the previous model, which eventually became available on a global basis a few months later.
