Call of Duty Warzone Operation Monarch: Godzilla vs. King Kong Start Date
Join Captain Butcher and the elite Allied soldiers in Operation Monarch on May 11 and solve the mysteries within the island of Caldera. Secret prototype weapons are found by the team, making them wonder about what the equipment was created for. Once they discover a radio, they are met with a horrific roar that is unnatural and unlike anything they’ve heard before. The terrifying truth of the island leads the group to King Kong and Godzilla in an all-out battle. Fighting for survival, they have to fight and make a stand against both creatures in order to make it out alive and keep them from being unleashed onto the world. While players have been waiting for Operation Monarch’s release, Easter Eggs of Godzilla and King Kong can be found in Call of Duty: Warzone. Fans on Twitter have posted references, found in the game, to the two creatures, including cave paintings and Skullcrawler bones.
