Clay is a valuable resource that you can use in Disney Dreamlight Valley to craft items and give away to characters during missions. To get this material, you can dig up muddy areas at:

Be aware that you can sometimes unearth other items, like Star Coins, when digging for Clay, so keep repeating this process until you get the desired amount. Once you get enough of this resource, you can go to a nearby Crafting Station and make Funiture items, such as Bricks or Sun-Baked Earthen Road.
