Xiaomi, Oppo, & Vivo: Huawei’s New OS Is 60% Faster Than Android
The well-known Chinese smartphone maker, Huawei has confirmed itself, that it is working on a new operating system for its smartphones and other devices, this step was simply taken by Huawei to not depend on the tech giant Google’s most used mobile operating system, Android. While now if we talk about the new operating system of the Chinese giant Huawei, then according to the reports, it will be known as ArkOS, while in China it will be better known as HongMeng OS, of course, the HongMeng OS will be the Chinese version of its ArkOS. As according to the Chinese media reports, the well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturers Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo have already sent their respective devices to test the new operating system of Huawei, which according to the reports, is 60% percent faster than the tech giant Google’s most used mobile operating system, Android. Moreover, other companies like Tencent have already teamed up with the employees of the Chinese giant Huawei who are in charge of EMUI, the custom user interface (UI) of the operating system which is currently based on Android simply to make it perfect for the new devices. According to the executive director of Huawei’s consumer business, Richard Yu stated that the new OS would initially be available in China in the second half of 2019 and then it will be released globally in early 2020. Although, some industry analysts believe that the Next Huawei P40 will be equipped with the new OS of Huawei, known as HongMeng OS.
