These fake apps are often made for new users who have recently joined the platform. In fact, you will find several clones of popular apps on the Google Play store with the same name and the same icons. These type of apps tricks Android users into downloading it and then bombards them with ads. Well, fake apps have been lately creating lots of issues for the company. Past year, we have seen a fake version of WhatsApp that was downloaded over 1 million times. Not only these, a few weeks ago, we have seen a fake version of Swiftkey keyboard and VLC media player on the Play Store which had been downloaded by many users. The reason why we are discussing fake apps is that recently we have found another phony app on Google Play Store which actually looks and sounds funny. If you dig deep into the Android’s Google Play Store, you will find someone selling a 32GB SD card.
If you are interested to see the app by yourself, then here it is. But, please don’t install the app because the description is nothing sort of a jumbled mess. First of all, the app claims to give you 32GB SD card for free which you can use on your phone to get more storage which isn’t possible in any way. Well, if you go through the comments, you will find the app more confusing. The comments on the app show an entirely different story. But, it looks like the developer planted the 5-star reviews in the app. Or it can also be a joke reviews mocking the app.
So, if you are really bored out and have nothing to do, then visit the link and go through the description and reviews to have some fun. What’s your opinion on these types of fake apps? Share your views in the comment box below.
